This policy explains what data the IronTabata apps (iPhone, Apple Watch, Android and Wear OS) handle, why, and the choices you have.

In short

• You can use IronTabata and buy PRO without an account.
• Your workouts stay on your devices unless you sign in; then they are backed up to your account.
• The videos you analyse never leave your device.
• We don't show ads, don't sell your data and don't use it for advertising.

Data that stays on your devices

Stored only inside the app on your phone or watch; we can't access it:

• workouts, countdowns and history, including heart-rate and movement details for each round;
• RSI results;
• the videos you analyse with the RSI and Sprint 10 m trackers. The app reads the video you pick from your library (on iPhone it keeps a temporary copy inside the app) and never uploads it;
• the optional profile (age, weight, height);
• your settings, theme and orb.

When your watch and phone work together, workouts and results travel between them over Apple's or Google's encrypted connections between your own devices. We can't read that data.
