IronTabata is designed to be as private as possible.
- Health Data and Health Connect: The IronTabata application accesses heart rate sensor data (BPM) exclusively during active workout sessions to provide real-time feedback and calculate effort metrics (e.g., Power Index and Fatigue). This health data is processed and stored strictly locally on the user's device. IronTabata DOES NOT share, sell, or transmit health data to external servers or third parties. Access to this data is strictly limited to the core functionality of the app as a fitness tracker. If the user chooses to use Health Connect, the use of information received from Health Connect will adhere to the Health Connect Permissions policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Local Data: Your workouts, timers, and history are saved locally on your device. We do not have direct access to this data on our servers.

- Analytics and Crash Data: We use third-party services (Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics) to understand how the app is used and to fix bugs. This data is anonymized.
- Payment Data: If you purchase the PRO version, the transaction is securely handled by Google Play Store / Apple App Store and RevenueCat. We do not see, process, or store your credit card information.

4. Your Rights and Data Deletion (GDPR/CCPA)
You have the right to request the deletion of your data. Since your workout data is saved locally, you can delete it at any time directly within the app by navigating to "Settings" and tapping "Cancella i dati" (Delete Data) or "Esci dall'account" (Log Out). This will permanently wipe your history from the device.
If you have uninstalled the app and wish to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data from our servers, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject 'Account Deletion Request'. We will process your request and wipe your data within 30 days.
